Niether the president, the house or senate members represent the people in a country or district. You accepted the call of the people on election day, after which you took an oath to those same people “to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” We Americans do expect you “all of you” to honor that pledge.
It is the Constitution that represents and protects me and my neighbors from government power grabbers. WE also expect the judges of the Supreme Court to take the initiative in denouncing the Health Care Reform Bills, whatever number they bear. There is nothing in the Constitution that deprives the court from taking the initiative in declaring bills unconstitutional.
Article III Section 2.of the Constitution. “The judicial power shall extend to all case, in law and equity, arising under this constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority” ; . . . .
Americans need health care reform – this is not it!
The ball is now in your hands Honorable Judges of the Supreme Court!!!
